[edit] G Bar
I'll go ask the admin who deleted the page to give you a further explanation on what happened. To make it short, the article in question was in violation of WP:CSD#A7. This policy allows an admin to delete the page on the spot. What was the article about?--Ed ¿Cómo estás? 00:12, 6 December 2006 (UTC)
- The deleting admin, Eagle 101, restored the page on User:Eagle 101/G Bar. Basically, the article does not assert notability. Notability means that the topic of an article must have been the subject of published works (see Wikipedia:Notability for more information). That is why this article was deleted, along with the criterion of WP:CSD#A7.--Ed ¿Cómo estás? 02:12, 6 December 2006 (UTC)
- I'll have to scrutinize those pages a little further. All of those articles don't assert notability with verifiable sources (please read WP:V for more info), so they might be able to be deleted.--Ed ¿Cómo estás? 02:42, 6 December 2006 (UTC)
- All articles on Wikipedia are required to comply with all policies and all guidelines. Any article in violation of a policy or a guideline can be deleted.--Ed ¿Cómo estás? 02:53, 6 December 2006 (UTC)
