[edit] History
The former Adult Contemporary station flipped to Top 40 in 1994 and offered a heavily Dance-leaning Rhythmic direction. But by 1996 it shifted to a more broad-based Mainstream Top 40 approach that at times leaned towards Adult/Modern product. Today Mix 93.3's music is more balanced, featuring hits from the Pop, Rhythmic, Modern and Hip-Hop genres.
A country station on this frequency during the 1960s, KCMK, hosted a benefit concert in March 1963 which turned out to be Patsy Cline's last appearance. Cline died when her plane back to Nashville crashed.
