The American Elm U. americana cultivar Klehmii was first marketed by the Naperville Nurseries, Naperville, Illinois, in 1929. It is distinguished by its shapely, vase form, and was cloned from a tree growing at Arlington Heights, by Mr Charles Klehm. The tree has occasionally been listed erroneously as 'Klehm'.
