MyKLAF TV is the My Network TV affiliate in Lafayette, Louisiana. It is owned by Communications Corporation of America, which also owns KADN, the local Fox affiliate. KLAF is carried on cable channel 13 on Cox cable systems throughout the Acadiana region.

It broadcasts its analog signal on UHF channel 62, but because of its low power output and distance from the city of Lafayette, it is rebroadcast across a small network of three translator stations:
-K58GA (channel 46) in Lafayette
-K55HA (channel 55) in New Iberia
-K69HD (channel 69) in Church Point.

In June 2006, owner ComCorp filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. ComCorp said in a press release viewers and staff would see no changes at the station.

[edit] My Network TV comes to Lafayette

On March 15, 2006, it was announced that KLAF will become Lafayette's My Network TV affiliate [1] at the network's launch in September.

During a transitional period that ran from August 15, 2006 to September 04, 2006, this station's on air branding changed simply to "KLAF". This was a temporary to transition from UPN to My Network TV. The on air branding also stated during this period "Coming September 5... MyKLAF TV", this is representative of the future My Network TV affiliation. In the UPN days its branding was "UPN17" (2003-2006) or "KLAF, UPN for Lafayette" (1995-2003).
