Kjetil-Vidar Haraldstad (nicknamed Frost), was born in June 28, 1973 in Øyer, Oppland, Norway, and is the drummer in the black metal band Satyricon. Frost is known for being one of the fastest drummers in extreme metal.

He is currently also a member of 1349, while his previous merits include Gorgoroth, Zyklon-B, Gehenna and Keep Of Kalessin.

He joined Satyricon temporarily for the recording of the demo "The Forest is My Throne". He later joined the band fulltime.

He is currently an endorsee of Mapex drums, and Zildjian cymbals. His drum-style is varied throughout different bands; as in 1349 he uses excessive blast beats, however his Satyricon work is more simplistic and mid-tempo.
