Kjell Søbak (born June 21, 1957) is a former Norwegian biathlete. At the 1984 Olympics in Sarajevo, Søbak finished second with the Norwegian relay team, which consisted of Eirik Kvalfoss, Rolf Storsveen and Odd Lirhus. In addition, he came 4th in the sprint competition at the same Olympics.
