Kitatsugaru District, Aomori

Kitatsugaru (北津軽郡; -gun) is a district located in Aomori Prefecture, Japan.
As of 2003, the district has an estimated population of 59,751 and a density of 110.21 persons per km². The total area is 542.16 km².

- On March 28, 2005 the town of Kanagi and the village of Shiura merged into the city of Goshogawara.
- On March 28, 2005 the town of Nakasato and the village of Kodomari merged to form the new town of Nakadomari.
