Kirkwood railway station is located in the Kirkwood area of Coatbridge, Scotland. It is on the Whifflet Line 16 km (10 miles) east of Glasgow Central railway station. Train services are provided by First ScotRail.

Whifflet Line | Trains at 10 and 40 minutes past each hour, arriving Glasgow Central at approximately 15 and 45 minutes past each hour (exact arrival timings vary) Mon - Sat. NO SUNDAY SERVICE. Services depart to Whifflet at 35 and 05 minutes past each hour, arriving at approx. 12 and 42 minutes past each hour.
