[edit] About Kirk

Kirk Frasier is a 23-year old film director who just graduated from college. Kirk appeared on the hit reality TV series Lil' Kim: Countdown to Lockdown. He and Kim fired off on episode three when he left some video shots in the video that she didn't want. But Kirk soon apologized and him and Kim got along. It turns out that he did pretty good for someone who never directed a video before. Kirk says, "That I'm thankful for Kim helping my young career. Kirk started to lose attention on the show until after the show's series finale. Kirk is currently preparing for many new films. He hasn't announced any yet, but there are sure more to come from him. It is rumoured that Kim will be in one of them, but we have no confirmation. You can get news on Kim at www.LilKimZone.com. Currently something issued about Kirk not being paid for some of the videos that he shot for Kim. Kirk has not commented yet. I'll keep you posted as the story develops.

[edit] Directing "Lighters Up and "Whoa"

Kirk started his young career directing mini-commercials in D.C. He soon was called in by rapstar Lil' Kim to direct two videos for her. The first video was Lighters Up. Lighters Up is a single from Lil' Kim's fourth solo album. Even though it debuted at No. 100 on the Hot 100, it climbed all the way back up to # 31. While directing Lighters Up Kim was very impresssed that this is his first video. At an editing session Kim erupted with anger because she didn't want some of those video shots in it. Through it all she didn't fire Kirk and he directed her second video single for her album "Whoa". Kirk hasn't gained much popularity but it is assured that he will gain more attention on a rumoured t.v. show on Kim's post-prison life. Kirk is of African-American descendant. I don't know where he lives for sure, but I think he lives in Washington D.C. He is good friends with Kim's cousin La La (no to be confused with model La La) and Jean Nielson a representative for Atlantic Records. He also knows an assistant for Kim whos name is Nate. It is a rumor going around that he could possibly direct the video for Kim's "Quiet" featuring The Game.
