Kirandul is a city and a municipality in Dantewada district in the Indian state of Chhattisgarh.

It is a small town with nmdc colony, bus stand, railway station and a college.

As of 2001 India censusGRIndia, Kirandul had a population of 19,053. Males constitute 52% of the population and females 48%. Kirandul has an average literacy rate of 72%, higher than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 80%, and female literacy is 64%. In Kirandul, 11% of the population is under 6 years of age.
