KIPR is a Mainstream Urban radio station in Little Rock, Arkansas, which broadcasts on 92.3 MHz. The station is owned and operated by Citadel Communications

KIPR first went on the air in 1988 and remains the same radio station today with its current format. Currently it is in competition with Urban AC sister station KOKY and Rhythmic Crossover rival KHTE.
