[edit] Summary
The secondary entrance to the Kippax Centre in Canberra, on the other side of the library from Image:Kippaxfair-facade.jpg. This image shows the new façade added to all major entrances of the Centre. In the bottom-left of the building is a Kingsley's Chicken takeaway shop (kinda an Australian answer to KFC and McDonald's). The orange sign on the left indicates a zebra crossing. The beige box next to the bench in the centre of the photo is filled with packed earth and intended for cigarette ends.
I took this photo, at about 13:30 on 2005-12-19. Contrast it with this photo, taken over a year earlier and showing the previous façade. Yes, I know I took it from the wrong angle — I didn't have the earlier photo with me for reference, and I'm damned if I'm going out there yet again. MarkGallagher 14:06, 19 December 2005 (UTC)
