The Kingston Newspaper Guild is a labor union representing employees at the Daily freeman newspaper in Kingston, New York. Formed in 1949, it is Local 31180 of The Newspaper Guild, an affiliate of the Communications Workers of America and AFL-CIO.

About 50 Daily Freeman employees belong to the guild.

Slow moving contract negotiations between the union and newspaper in late 2005 earned press coverage from Freeman-competitor the Ulster County Press.
