Kingsclear Youth Training Centre

Kingsclear Youth Training Centre was a youth detention centre (for boys) just west of Fredericton, New Brunswick. Karl Toft was one of the guards there, and he has committed 34 sex crimes between the mid 1960's and the mid 1980's. He has admitted to raping over 200 boys in a 35 year period. Other guards have been alleged to have also raped boys at the centre.
