Kingaroy Shire Council is a Local Government Area in the South Burnett region of Queensland, Australia. It includes the town of Kingaroy as well as the smaller communities of Wooroolin and Memerambi.
Kingaroy Shire has a population of 12,500 residents and takes in an area of 2,422 square kilometres.
The shire celebrated its centenary in 2004.
