King Duosi the former governor of Tulong Cave under the Nanman, and a very close friend to the brother of Meng Huo, Meng You. King Duosi was very much well known amongst the nanman as the "Sage of Nanman". Dousi assisted the very outnumbered Meng Huo through his spring water tactic that he used on Zhuge Liang, such as the Tulong's poison waters. This tactic ultimately resisted Zhuge Liang for quite some time. However, through the help of a certain hermit atop a mountain, Zhuge Liang figured out the trick to the fountains.
