King David School, Liverpool

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The King David School is located in Liverpool, United Kingdom. It is a mixed voluntary aided Jewish Orthodox school with a great demand for places. With it being such a small school, it has a friendly community, and achieves good results in all levels of education. It gives a distinctly Jewish education and is important to the Jewish community in Liverpool, though it also admits students of other faiths.

King David has recently combined its Sixth Form with two other local schools - Childwall, and Broadgreen. This means that pupils at King David can choose options available at these schools, and attend lessons in the respective school while still being a pupil at King David, and using it as their study base. The school has good facilities, including a music suite, a swimming pool, a gymnasium, a playing field, several labs for sciences, ICT suites, and a canteen.

The current headteacher is Bridget Smith.
