Kina Dean is most known for her participation in the MTV television series Road Rules. Her first appearance was on the thirteenth season of the show, Road Rules: X-Treme. She has also taken part in several installments of the spin-off series, Real World/Road Rules Challenge, participating in Season 9 (Battle of the Sexes II), Season 11 (The Gauntlet II), and currently Season 13 (The Duel).

She was voted off when she was partnered up with Nick when she accidentally caused Nick to jump to early causing her team to lose as Nick got immunity as he just came,the group decided to vote out Kina which cause them to lose the mission.

She was the 3rd person voted off, as it was her first challenge.

She was the female rookie captain after Joana Rhodes, the former female captain left and she was the captain as she was the second last person on the buoy as Joana was the last person

She has made an alliance called "The Drama Mafia" by Beth, which includes herself, Jodi, Diem, and Robin. She has won one mission called "Russian Swing".
Her Alliance is starting to weaken because they lost Derrick and Robin back to back.
