Kimotsuki, Kagoshima

Kimotsuki (肝付町; -cho) is a town located in Kimotsuki District, Kagoshima, Japan.

The town was formed on July 1, 2005 from the merger of the towns of Uchinoura and Koyama.

As of 2000, the town has an estimated population of 19,523 and a density of 63.36 persons per km². The total area is 308.12km².

The Uchinoura Space Center is located in this town.
