Killa Season is a movie and a 2006 hip hop soundtrack by hip hop rapper Cam'ron, which was released on May 16, 2006. Cam'ron was also the executive producer of the album, going under his legal name Cameron Giles. There is a Limited Edition of this CD it comes with a bonus DVD.
[edit] The film
Cam'ron's film is a low-budget, supposedly autobiographical story of his own transformation from a high school basketball star to a full time cocaine dealer. Cam'ron's character is named "Flea." (Although he is mistakenly called "Cam" many times throughout the film)
Other members of the Diplomats who made appearances in the film included Hell Rell, Juelz Santana, 40 Cal, JR Writer and "Chubbie Baby," who served as Flea's supplier of firearms. However, the latter four played minor roles and their parts did not involve much dialogue. Oddly, Jim Jones, The Diplomats co-founder, is seen only once briefly in the beginning of the film.
The movie was released in 2006, nearly simultaneously with the Killa Season album. It was shown at very select theaters in New York City and is available on DVD.
