Father has recently freed various villains from the Kids Next Door Arctic Base, and it's up to the Sector V Team, Numbuhs 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 to capture them and take them to the Kids Next Door Prison on the dark side of the Moon.

Despite the show's popularity, the game itself received many poor ratings. One of the video game websites IGN gave it 4.0/10, due to many flaws.
