Kia Joorabchian (born in July, 1971 in Tehran, Iran) is a British-Iranian businessman.
He is the head of Media Sports Investment, which has a partnership with Brazilian football club Corinthians. His company was behind the controversial transfer of Carlos Tévez and Javier Mascherano to West Ham United. He was previously in take-over talks with West Ham, which collapsed in early November 2006. Following this he was alleged to be considering a bid for Wolverhampton Wanderers, having previously reportedly had a bid turned down by owner Sir Jack Hayward. However, this was during Wolves single season in the Premiership when a higher price was wanted.
