Khwaja Alimullah was the founder of Dhaka Nawab Family, the first Nawab of Dhaka, nephew and inheritor of merchant prince Khawaja Ahasullah, and father of Khwaja Abdul Ghani who was the first Nawab of Dhaka to be recognized by the British Raj.
