KHLM is a low-powered television station affiliated with the Mexico-based Multimedios Television, owned and operated by Lotus Communications Corporation. It broadcasts on channel 43 and licensed to Houston, Texas. It, in similar fashion to sister station KPHE-LP channel forty-four in Phoenix, Arizona, was intended to be a Bohemia Visual Music affiliate [1], but it was listed as "Coming Soon".
On February 19, 2009, which is the end of the digital TV conversion period for full-service stations, KHLM-LP will be required to turn off its analog signal and turn on its digital signal (called a "flash-cut").
