Kheta

The Heta River (Хета in Russian) is a river in the Krasnoyarsk Krai in Russia. It is a left composite of the Khatanga River. Length - 604 km, area of the drainage basin - 100,000 sq km. The Heta River forms at the confluence of rivers Ayan and Ayakli, which spring from the Putoran Plateau. The river freezes up in the late September - early October and stays under the ice until the late May - early June. Its main tributaries are the Boyarka, Maimecha, Boganida. The Heta River is navigable.
