Kherli is a city and a municipality in Alwar district in the Indian state of Rajasthan.

As of 2001 India censusGRIndia, Kherli had a population of 15,494. Males constitute 54% of the population and females 46%. Kherli has an average literacy rate of 73%, higher than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 81%, and female literacy is 65%. In Kherli, 14% of the population is under 6 years of age.
