Kharb is a Jat community of Haryana, India.

Kharbs are traditionally farmers by profession. However now, since the societal caste and class boundaries are getting diluted, they are also working in different other fields.

- Col. Karan Kharb Author of Bestsellers "Made to Lead" and "Lead to succeed".
- Mamta Kharb prominent member of the 2002 Indian women's Hockey Squad in the 2002 Commonwealth Games.
