Khaled Mashud (Bangla: খালেদ মাসুদ) (born February 8, 1976 in Rajshahi) is a Bangladeshi cricketer. (Not to be confused with Khaled Mahmud). Popularly known by his nickname, Pilot, Khaled Mashud has been a regular for Bangladesh behind the stumps and is one of the most experienced members of the side. National coach, Dav Whatmore, went as far as to claim that he was the best keeper in Asia. His place in the side has recently come under some pressure with the emergence of the highly talented Mushfiqur Rahim. The fact that Khaled hasn't scored a half century in 24 Test innings has not help his cause. His greatest achievement with the bat has been his unbeaten second-innings century in St Lucia with gave Bangladesh an honourable draw in their first Caribbean encounter. He was one of 3 Bangladeshi batsmen to score a century in the series.
