Khairthal is a city and a municipality in Alwar district in the Indian state of Rajasthan.

As of 2001 India censusGRIndia, Khairthal had a population of 32,008. Males constitute 53% of the population and females 47%. Khairthal has an average literacy rate of 65%, higher than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 72%, and female literacy is 56%. In Khairthal, 16% of the population is under 6 years of age.
Khairthal has a very important grain market called "Mandi" with many grain shops. The old town has cemented roads. It is on the Delhi Alwar railway line and is almost at the northern end of Aravali ranges. Like Alwar it is also famous for "milk cake". It also is a source of Mustard oil and onions.
