KGBS-CA is a low-powered independent Class A Television Station, owned and operated by Caballero Acquisition Inc. It broadcasts on channel 32 and licensed to Austin, Texas.

On February 19, 2009, which is the end of the digital TV conversion period for full-service stations, KGBS-CA will be required to turn off its analog signal and turn on its digital signal (called a "flash-cut").
