KG Redhead
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Science fiction author with one film credit The Curse of the Del Garria and one (Print on Demand-published) novel Refugees of the Raithaduine. Two new novels are in the process of being written, one is a follow up to Refugees, while the other is a stand alone novel.
KG Redhead is also the author of a variety of online fan fiction, principally Doctor Who and Star Trek tie-in material but now prefers to write original short stories in several different genres. Indeed, Curse of the Del Garria was based on one of KG Redhead's own short story, featuring the sixth Doctor Who and companion Peri Brown. (The adaption to the screenplay was performed by Mark Robert Ritchie .)
A review KG Redhead wrote of Curse of the Del Garria, which first appeared online as an archived post in the Merkelbach Films Yahoo! group, has been printed in Australian Doctor Who fanzine Data Extract.
Unproduced work includes at least one (allegedly feature-length) screenplay for Curse producer Andrew Merkelbach, variously titled "Whispers", "Deadly Whispers" and currently "Dead Country".
