Keysborough is a suburb of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. The local government area is the City of Greater Dandenong. Keysborough, located approximately 30 km from Melbourne in the south-eastern suburbs, is known for market gardening and semi-rural properties and also being a large residential/industrial suburb which started to grow in the 1960s and well into the 1990s. Today, Keysborough facilitates several primary and secondary schools, Maralinga Primary School, Chandler Primary School, Chandler High School and Haileybury College being several of those. Parkmore Shopping Centre includes a Coles, Safeway, Kmart, Big W, and an assortment of specialty stores. As of 2002 the southern corner of the suburb was under development and four new housing estates are being developed including The Keys, Hidden Grove, and Crystal Waters.
