Kevin Meaney is an American comedian and voice actor. He has been involved in a number of television programs, having been featured on Dr. Katz, Space Ghost Coast to Coast, and Duckman, among others. His most famous catchphrase is, "That's not right!" followed by, and usually preceded by, complaints and remonstrations by the voice of an old woman. Typically his acts will consist of a lot of commentary about his mother and complaints about hotel service.
