Kevin Keen (born February 25, 1967) was the caretaker manager of West Ham United following the sacking of Alan Pardew on December 11, 2006. Previously he was the clubs First Team Coach. He was a player at the club from 1983-1993.

He started his playing career at Wycombe Wanderers from 1982-83. He was the youngest ever player to appear in a First Team game for Wycombe. He made his debut at 15 years and 209 days - a record that still stands today.
