Kevin Hamlin (born June 22, 1979 in Snohomish, Washington) is a NASCAR Busch Series driver. Starting at Pikes Peak in 2005, he piloted the #4 Geico Dodge for the Biagi Brothers Racing team, scoring several top fifteen finishes, and was rumored to be in the car full time for the 2006 season, but was released in late November 2005, replaced by Mark Green. He remains under a driver development program contract with Chip Ganassi Racing, and he announced on a bulletin on MySpace in early May that he will race several races later in 2006, mainly the non Cup companion events that current #41 Dodge driver Reed Sorenson cannot race.

Thus far in 2006, Hamlin has run Daytona in the Craftsman Truck Series driving the #04 Dodge Hemi Dodge for Bobby Hamilton Racing. He also drove the #4 Biagi Brothers Racing Dodge in the Daytona Winn-Dixie 250, due to Auggie Vidovich not having superspeedway clearance. Hamlin has also practiced the #41 Ganassi Busch car for several races that Sorenson couldn't attend due to schedule conflicts with the Cup Series events.

In his off time, Hamlin frequents a NASCAR Racing 2003 Season related forum called Rubbin's Racin'.
