Kevin Dukes

Kevin Dukes is an American guitarist, born in Brookhaven, Mississippi in 1956.
A native of Natchez, Mississippi, Kevin attended the University of Southern Mississippi as a Music Theory and Composition major prior to moving to Los Angeles, California in the late 1970s. He has performed with Boz Scaggs, Don Henley, Jackson Browne, Billy Joel, Shania Twain, Marc Cohn, John Fogerty and Peter Cetera.
As a studio musician, Kevin has made contributions to recordings by Dolly Parton, Don Henley, Joe Walsh, Jackson Browne, Billy Joel, Tom Petty and Chicago among others [1]. He has also appeared on numerous film and television soundtracks including Across the Tracks, Pretty In Pink, Days of Thunder and Michael. [2]. Songwriting credits include recordings by Chicago, Meredith Brooks and Don Moen.
In 2005 he co-founded the band Breathing Room with vocalist/keyboardist Jan Roper. He is currently living in Woodland Hills, California writing, producing and recording music from his personal recording studio, The Ranch.
