Kevin Dean was a Canadian porn star who appeared in gay pornographic movies in the 1990s. Dean was known for his slim physique and youthful appearance, which contrasted his uncircumcised penis, which is nearly 11 inches long. He ranks alongside John Holmes, Chad Hunt, Lexington Steele, and Ken Ryker as one of the most well-endowed male porn stars in the history of the industry. He spoke with a French-Canadian accent. Although he usually performs in the top role, he also performs as a bottom on occasion. He was often reported by directors and co-stars as being shy and difficult to work with.
In 1994, he won the "Whopper Award" at the Adult Erotic Gay Video Awards. His has also been immortalized by Doc Johnson with a life-size realistic replica of his penis and testicles.
Rumors circulated that he had a sex change operation and that he died from a heroin overdose. Neither rumor is true and he is living near Montreal in Quebec. He has considered returning to porn, but he is reluctant to do so because he feels that studios took advantage of him.
