Major Kerby Farrell (September 3, 1913 - December 17, 1975) was a minor league manager in the Cleveland Indians, New York Mets, Minnesota Twins, and Philadelphia Phillies organizations, as well as a coach for the Indians and Chicago White Sox. As of 2006, he is the only manager to be named Minor League Manager of the Year three times by The Sporting News. He made his playing debut after he started his managerial career. In 1957, he was named manager to replace Al Lopez, who had joined the White Sox, but he only lasted one season, going 76-77, good for a sixth-place finish.

Farrell died in Nashville, Tennessee at age 62.
