KEPR (pronounced "keeper"), channel 19, is the CBS affiliate for the Tri-Cities area of Richland, Pasco, and Kennewick, Washington. It is licensed to Pasco. It is a satellite station of KIMA-TV in Yakima and KLEW-TV in Lewiston, Idaho, repeating most of KIMA's programming except for newscasts and commercials. It is also a sister station of ABC-affiliate KOMO in Seattle, but doesn't share the same broadcasts or network. KEPR's transmitter is located on Johnson Butte near Kennewick.

The station went on the air on December 28, 1954. It was the first satellite station in the United States. KEPR TV was the first tv station in the Tri-Cities area and the first to broadcast a digital signal. In 2006, KEPR began broadcasting in HDTV with a 7.5 K transmitter, the most powerful in the market.

KEPR is also the home of the longest running (10 years) locally produced magazine shows, Community Health Journal with Jim Hall, former KEPR anchorman, now community services director of Kadlec Medical Center in Richland.
