[edit] First Minister for Wales
Please see my comments on this article's talk page. I do take your point about "conventional usage in the English language when describing a head of state or government". However, the position is known as the First Minister for Wales, and regardless of whether this is for political reasons, or simply because the Government are obsessed with the word "for", I feel we should stick to a neutral point of view when presenting the facts in Wikipedia.
