[edit] Welcome!
- Here are some extra tips to help you get around Wikipedia:
- If you want to play around with your new Wiki skills, try the Sandbox.
- Click on the Edit button on a page, and look at how other editors did what they did.
- You can sign your name using three tildes, like this: ~~~. If you use four, you can add a datestamp too. Always sign comments on Talk pages, never sign Articles.
- You might want to add yourself to the New User Log
- If your first language isn't English, try Wikipedia:Contributing to articles outside your native language
- Full details on Wikipedia style can be found in the Manual of Style.
BUT please slow down the creation of short articles, created with no attempt to put them into Wikipedia (or even general encyclopædic) style. Note also that we can't accept material taken from copyrighted Websites or print sources. Look at how other articles are written, check some of the links above, and go slowly. I hope that you enjoy editing here. --Mel Etitis (Μελ Ετητης) 13:56, 16 January 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Taking Comfort
You've now created this three times, each time in exactly the same way: no attempt to make it an article, and merely copying (cut and paste?) the publisher's information from a catalogue or similar. Note what I said above about copyrighted material, as well as about writing enyclopædia articles. Please take heed; you don't want to find yourself blocked from editing this early in your time here. --Mel Etitis (Μελ Ετητης) 14:11, 16 January 2006 (UTC)
- Now that's the fourth time. Last chance. If you create it again I'll block you for page-creation vandalism. If you want to talk about it, to ask me questions, you're welcome to do so — but don't just ignore me and continue creating this copyvio non-article. --Mel Etitis (Μελ Ετητης) 14:33, 16 January 2006 (UTC)
