The Kenya national rugby union sevens team compete in the World Sevens Series, and Rugby World Cup Sevens.

Runners up in the Plate Competition at the London Sevens Tournament in 2006. They lost 42-7 in the Final to South Africa, but beat Australia 26-7 on their way to the Final.
