The Kentucky Thoroughblades are a defunct American Hockey League franchise that existed from 1996 to 2001 in Lexington, Kentucky. In 2001, the team moved to Cleveland, Ohio, becoming the Cleveland Barons. Home games for the Thoroughblades were played at Rupp Arena.
