Kentucky Route 55, also known as KY 55, is a Kentucky State Highway originating at a junction with U.S. Highway 127 at Freedom, Kentucky in Russell County, the route continues through Columbia in Adair County to terminate at U.S. Highway 68 in Taylor County at Campbellsville.

It resumes in Lebanon in Marion County and proceeds northward through Springfield in Washington County, Bloomfield in Nelson County, Taylorsville and Elk Creek in Spencer County, Shelbyville in Shelby County, and Eminence in Henry County and terminates at U.S. Highway 421 about three miles south of New Castle, also in Henry County.
