Kentucky Route 52, also known as KY 52 is a state highway managed by the Kentucky transportation cabinet. It is an east-west highway that runs though Kentucky.

The western stretch of 52 begins at US 62 near Boston, Kentucky and goes though Nelson, Larue, Marion, Boyle, Garrard, Madison, Estill, Lee, and Breathitt counties, and meets up with its eastern end at Kentucky Route 30 in Breathitt County. It runs though Danville, Kentucky and Richmond, Kentucky.

In 2005, the four-mile five-lane stretch of Kentucky 52 in Madison County was completed. It now goes from the Richmond By-Pass to Charle Norris Road in Robinsville, Kentucky. They are planing to widen the highway from Richmond to Irvine. The Road has also received notable improvements from its stretch in Lancaster, Kentucky to I-75. In Boyle County, Kentucky the concrete deck of a bridge on KY 52 was recently replaced.
