Kentucky Route 29, also known as KY 29, is a highway maintained by the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet. The highway runs north from High Bridge, Kentucky through Wilmore ending at Nicholasville. Within Wilmore KY 29 intersects KY 1268 and junctions with KY 3343. The highway is the border between Asbury College and Asbury Theological Seminary. Just North of Wilmore KY 29 merges with US 68 for about .6 miles before it leaves US 68 and turns east heading towards Nicholasville. KY 29 terminates with KY 39 and BUS 27 at downtown Nicholasville, Kentucky
