Kenogami Lake

Kenogami Lake (Kenogami mean Long lake in the Montagnais dialect ) (fr: Lac Kénogami) is a long lake (27 km) in south-central Quebec, Canada, in the Laurentian Highlands (57 km2, 11m to 102m deep).
It is situated 150 kilometres north of the Saint Lawrence River, into which it drains via the Saguenay River through the Chicoutimi and Aux-Sables Rivers.
The lake is fed by dozens of small rivers coming from the Laurentian Highlands. Thre three principles being the Pikauba, Cyriac and Aux-Ecorces Rivers. The towns on its shores include Lac-Kenogami, and Hébertville station.
