Kendrick Starling (born November 27, 1979 in Marshall, Texas) is an American football wide receiver for the Houston Texans of the National Football League. He attended San José State University.

Starling attended Marshall High School in Marshall, Texas, where he played football and ran track.

Starling began his collegiate career at Navarro Junior College in Navarro, Texas. He then went on to San José Community College in San José, California, and finished his career at San José State.

Kendrick was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Texans in 2004. He played in eight games for the Texans in his rookie year. He is mainly used on the special teams and his skills on special teams have been referred to as excellent.
