Kendall Payne

Kendall Payne is a singer of Indie rock music. Her first album, Jordan's Sister (1999), enjoyed little success, but another album, Grown (2004), includes the song "Scratch," which appeared on the TV shows Grey's Anatomy and Kyle XY (both 2006).
