Ken Whisenhunt (born February 28, 1962, Atlanta) is the highly regarded offensive coordinator of the Pittsburgh Steelers NFL football team. He was instrumental to their victory in Super Bowl XL and many of the previous playoff games. He interviewed to be the head coach of the Oakland Raiders in February of 2006, but after not receiving an offer he decided to stay with the Steelers.

Whisenhunt played college football at Georgia Tech (1980-84).

Whisenhunt's unremarkable career as a player included 4 years (1985-88) as a tight end with the Atlanta Falcons and then spells with the Washington Redskins and New York Jets.
